About

OCMZ-700 is a focused on-chain gallery built around a strict 40×25 screen constraint. Each artwork is authored at the level of individual glyphs, then published with media and metadata stored fully on-chain.

The system embraces limitation as a creative advantage. Inspired by early computer systems and fixed character grids, OCMZ-700 treats constraints not as a restriction, but as a shared language between artists, collectors, and the chain itself.

Developed by filter8, an on-chain advocate and creator of mintbay, the project brings a nostalgic, retro-computing sensibility to the Shape blockchain with a modern, fully on-chain execution.

OCMZ-700 invites artists to publish, experiment, and distribute native on-chain works, and collectors to engage directly with the mechanics of creation, editions, and redemption.
